Account management: You process, check and book input and output invoices and set up independent output invoices.

Configuration & exam: You make the correct confirmation according to legal and internal requirements and balance invoices with orders and shipping documents.

Voting & clarification: You clarify deviations with suppliers and internal specialist departments.

Payment & Time Control: You reliably monitor payment deadlines and actively participate in the dunning.

Document organization: You are responsible for the proper storage and archiving of all relevant documents.

Cost check: You check and reliably tune freight costs.

Accountant support: Representation allows you to support creditor and debitor accounting, book bank movements and participate in ongoing accounting.

Commercial basis: You bring a completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, tax specialist or a comparable qualification.

Practical experience: You have already gained first professional experience in accounting or accounting, and you are sure to use it in everyday work.

Digital operation: You work routiniert with MS Office, especially with Excel, and ideally bring experience with ERP systems.

Technical know-how: You already have first knowledge in dealing with DATEV or are motivated to work on you quickly.

Structure & numerical understanding: You are structuring, careful and reliable and have a pronounced number affinity and a good understanding of accounting relationships.
