Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

International Food Questions by JM Liquids: LM Declaration Review and Release, LM Product Compliance, Responsible for the quality assurance of mass/liquid raw materials: specification creation, complaint management Responsible for the supplier audits, their evaluation and qualification Test planning, analysis monitoring and documentation, Food Fraud Risk Analysis Observation and implementation of international food law based on existing legal bases & information Association work (e.g. sE , BSI, WGA), food law international monitoring, statements on draft laws Technical support for customer requests on products, manufacturing & quality Support in the verification of conformity declarations of food supplies Implementation of drinking water monitoring and trend analysis

State-tested food chemists with a focus on food law First professional experience in food law in the spirit industry desirable Secure German and English knowledge in word and writing System-technical understanding of quality-safe processes Funded and current legal education in food law Structured working and analytical thinking Communication skills, problem-solving competence and enforcement capability Absolute integrity and high self-responsibility at high quality work
