Supporting students of an academic study program on all questions and concerns about the study and student life in the sense of a holistic care culture Advising students as part of individual consultations on study-specific topics, carrying out information events, organisation and participation in student feedback talks and more. Acquisition of operational tasks in the study organisation, including auditing, accounting, issue of certificates and student IDs, documentation of student data and processes in the management software Support for overarching events, e.g. Orientation Week and Academic Celebration, as well as projects to strengthen the study experience, as well as support the preparation and follow-up of courses Close cooperation with relevant departments, in particular with the faculty and the programme teams as well as (external) contacts

Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification or training in the commercial sector Professional experience in seminar or university administration desirable Professional handling of MS Office application programs and the willingness to work into the high school programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed service orientation, joy in working with people in an international environment, team skills, readiness to use and flexibility High sense of responsibility, high planning and organizational talent, independent and targeted working Willingness to accept Saturday and evening dates of the study programs
