Operational security: Ensuring the operational operation of the machine systems as well as analyzing and addressing incidencies and technical problems with IT-supported equipment in the production network. Monitoring: Monitoring and monitoring of the machine landscape using monitoring tools, where possible (long term). Problem solution: Own-responsible contact, problem-solving and implementation of measures in cooperation with manufacturers/suppliers (possibly also with total machine suppliers) of IT-supported equipment in the production network. Administration: Role and user management on production facilities. Data Lifecycle Management: Establishing a Data Load of Machine and Production Data incl. Evaluation board form with the aim: Creating knowledge gains for production and technology. Documentation: Maintenance and updating of system and operating documentation. Projects: Support for machine procurement projects and infrastructure and automation projects. System Care: Responsible for testing and playing up relevant software updates and implementing new features on machines. Stakeholder management: coordination of external service providers and cooperation with internal teams. Standardization: Ensuring security and compliance standards.

Training: completed IT training or comparable qualification Experience: multiannual experience in IT operation or technical support IT skills: knowledge in server administration, networking, virtualization or cloud are desirable Production experience: Experience with production processes and/or production plants Regulatory: Experience in the regulated environment (e.g. GMP) is desirable Working methods: Analytical thinking and structured working methods as well as high service and solution orientation Teamplayer: Communication strength and team skills Flexibility: willingness to call or shift service within the context of the day shift Language knowledge: German knowledge in word and writing at least C1 levels
