Planning, control and coordination of construction and project processes in shipbuilding and shipbuilding Professional leadership and coordination with project participants Ensuring compliance with dates, quality and budgets Coordination of internal specialist departments and external partners and suppliers Participation in technical clarifications, tests and acceptances Monitoring the implementation of shipyards and subcontractors Documentation, reporting and interface management Support in risk, change and quality management

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications First or multi-year experience in shipbuilding, plant engineering or in a comparable technical environment Structured and independent operation Organisational strength and responsibility Communication skills and team orientation Good knowledge of German and English
