As a Compliance Officer (w/m/d), you are responsible for the development and maintenance of the TÜV Rheinland Group's global compliance management system and its international subsidiaries. They are responsible for managing and developing the Group-wide compliance system according to the requirements of the Testing, Inspection and Certification Council (TIC) and other international regulations and standards. In this role, you take over the advice of operational and service units on different compliance-relevant issues and controls. They carry out projects based on central strategies and targets (corporate governance) as well as design and implement policies and processes. In addition, you control relevant key figures and perform training, due diligence/compliance audits and risk analyses. You will also participate in the implementation of the Group-wide sustainability strategy for corporate ethics and annual reporting.

First professional experience in an international company, an audit, advice or a legal company or an advisory company Business studies or Examina in law / law Flowing German knowledge in word and writing and very good English knowledge Responsible and targeted work as well as communication strength, flexibility and high customer orientation in relation to our internal customers The handling of compliance management systems and standards is familiar to you, such as IDW PS 980 and 981; ISO 19600, ISO 37301, ISO 37001
