Sachbearbeiter Kauf / Import (m/w/d) zur Festanstellung

Your tasks as specialist in purchasing / import:

• Supplier service with enquiries and correspondence
• Contact and master data maintenance
• Processing of order confirmations and voting of deviations
• Examination and creation of offer comparisons
• Coordination, monitoring and, if necessary, Advertising of delivery dates
• Check invoices for deviations from orders and the conditions defined in the system
• Material disposition and order processing

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an industrial merchant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in shopping
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Willingness to take over team management in the foreseeable time
• Embossed communicative and organizational skills
• High level of team and cooperation readiness
• Loadability, independence and flexibility
