Support for property-relevant topics, e.g. in facility management, contracting, area management or project support Working in operational day-to-day business around our locations and real estate processes Preparation and analysis of property-related data, reports and evaluations Participation in projects, such as modernization, digitization, maintenance, sustainability or location development Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

(technical)high school or completed training in real estate Interest in studying Real Estate Management (B.A.) at the FOM Hochschule in Munich Motivation to combine real estate theory with concrete business practice Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable functioning Communication strength and joy of team work Safe handling of MS Office applications
