This is an indefinite part-time job (19.5 hours/week) as a language specialist within the framework of the program Sprach-Kitas in our children's house "Spatzennest" in Waldbüttelbrunn. They are responsible for the advice, accompaniment and professional support of the Kita team for all day-integrated linguistic education. further development of cooperation with the families and inclusive pedagogy of the institution. linking the project topics to the educational focus of the institution. support in anchoring and developing the project topics in the design of the facility. ensuring the sustainability of the programme “Sprach-Kitas”. documentation, administrative tasks and participation in project and support-specific consulting structures and working groups. cooperation in tandem with the Kita leadership. They have a training as a pedagogical specialist (corresponding to the provisions in Bavaria for skilled workers in Kitas) OR a training as a specialist with other qualifications (cf. Kita-Berufeliste of the Bavarian National Youth Lady), but with relevant professional experience in the field of early-child education (e.g. group management in a Kita, Kitaleitung, specialist consulting or training consultant for Kita). In the best case, you can provide additional qualifications in the fields of linguistic education, early childhood education of children as well as adult education and advice. Uncertain yet?
