As a tender manager / award manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you will be part of an established team at the public service office. They act as an interface between all parties involved in the creation of the offer in the following areas: Call management: Pre-qualification of public tenders Views of the award documents Analysis and documentation of supply requirements Coordination of supply creation with all relevant stakeholders Quality assurance of supply documents Moderation of internal and external meetings (remote or in presence) Project management: Project management for supply creation Optimization of standards in tender management Analysis and evaluation of all offers submitted

A completed commercial training – e.g. B. to / to the merchant for office communication, office clerk / office clerk, merchant for office management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), completed business studies (BWL) or a comparable professional qualification Multiannual professional experience in public procurement Knowledge of procurement law Experience in the distribution and management of public procurement of complex tenders Good Microsoft Office knowledge Excellent communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English (level B2 or higher) Your personality is shaped by An open-minded, empathic and team-capable personality Quality awareness, commitment and initiative A structured, independent and proactive operation A precise look for the detail – especially in stressful situations
