As a transport system operator, supply security has the highest priority for us – today and in the future. With our approximately 3,000-kilometre gas network, we ensure safe supply with heat and electricity from Lower Saxony to Lake Constance. We are looking at a climate-neutral future and are already building a powerful water network. In addition to services relating to gas-technical installations, we also provide our customers with a powerful fibre-optic network. About 350 employees at ten locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen operate our network and continuously develop it: solution-oriented, pragmatic and connected to the region. In order to strengthen our team in the area of law at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for a dedicated team management (m/w/d).

You will guide your 7-member team professionally and disciplinaryly You are responsible for the strategic orientation of the team and ensure inter-organisational cooperation You are responsible for the acquisition, do­mation, management and implementation of rights for the protection of gas and telecom­munication lines and other gas supply facilities, as well as in future water supply facilities the assessment of follow-up obligations and follow-up costs on the basis of existing rights support for public-law approval procedures including cooperation / subproject management in construction projects and control of external service providers the regulation of basic and industrial damage cooperation and consultation in matters of environmental and nature protection the establishment and monitoring of soil protection and conservation measures on agricultural and forestry areas

Successful study of the field of agricultural sciences, forestry, legal sciences, administrative sciences, geography or a comparable quality Multiannual professional experience in the field of road law or in a comparable function, ideally with first leadership experience Safe handling of MS Office and the ability to work into specific user software Joy in dealing with different people and working with internal and external stakeholders A high level of sense of responsibility, joy in driving things forward, enforcing and self-initiative Standing for occasional external service in Germany and Class B licence
