Commercial Contract Manager, Germany/Exports (m/f/d)

Analysis and preparation of complex commercial tender conditions and coordination with internal specialist departments Conception, coordination and evaluation of terms and conditions of supply and contract, including feedback from specialist departments and presentation of opportunities and risks Development of price calculations, sales and payment plans as well as preparation, negotiation and refurbishment of contract conditions and prices, including solution processing with customers for order acquisition and implementation of the internal release process Planning of revenues and payment inputs as well as performance of invoices and receivables management, ensuring the legal archiving of contracts and coordination of audit work Professional leadership of team members, responsibility for process and IT tools, creation and presentation of reporting for specialist and product areas as well as communication and coordination with customers on commercial topics, in particular German pricing law and advice of internal stakeholders

Higher education in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline Long-term, relevant professional experience, in particular in national and international negotiations Sovereign handling of various commercial IT applications from MS-Office to SAP, distinct analytical and legal competencies as well as non-negotiable foreign language skills Deep knowledge of German pricing law, experience in dealing with international treaties and secure intercultural competence Ability to develop complex facts independently and make informed decisions
