In your position as Head of Credit Analysis, you are responsible for the successful management and further development of your team. Your focus is on supporting and promoting your employees by accompanying their professional development and creating a motivating, well-structured work environment. Your main tasks include the management of the processing of commercial credit commitments, including the creation of resolution templates and the release of independent votes according to MaRisk. Your expertise in the assessment of collateral and the performance of credit assessments ensures the high quality and reliability of our credit decisions. In addition, you optimize workflows, perform responsible control tasks and accompany projects. Your commitment and leadership skills contribute significantly to the sustainable securing and further development of our credit processes.
