As part of the strategic reposition, we are looking for a commercial director (m/w/d) on behalf of and in the exclusive mandate.

Total responsibility for the commercial sector (Financial, Controlling, Accounting, Administration) Leadership and further development of a team of currently 9 employees Strategic development of the commercial organization in the course of the planned growth Responsibility for budget planning, investment planning, liquidity management and controlling Support and evaluation of planned investment projects from a commercial perspective

Complete studies in the field of business, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual management experience in the commercial sector in the middle class Experience in growth-oriented corporate structures or transformation phases of advantage Experience in building and optimizing commercial processes Very good understanding of economic indicators and control instruments
