Coordinator Real Estate Fault Reports (m/f/d)

You take over the central reception, evaluation and prioritization of interference messages from our markets – by phone and digital – and ensure that all processes are efficiently controlled. As a specialist supervisor, the team coordinates interference messages with four colleagues, give orientation, support in complex cases and ensure a uniform, high-quality processing. You coordinate and commission crafts and service providers and ensure smooth implementation of all measures. You are in continuous exchange with the markets, give status updates, clarify queries and ensure transparent communication. You shall examine relevant contractual arrangements, in particular responsibilities and maintenance obligations, and shall derive the correct measures therefrom. All processes are carefully documented in the internal system and ensure the quality of the incoming messages – including forwarding to the respective competent authorities. You support recurring evaluations, identify optimization potentials and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

You have experience in the service centre, facility management or in a comparable coordinating function – ideally with interfaces to technical or infrastructural building topics. Experience in dealing with authorities is desirable. You communicate clearly, bindingly and gladly – in particular by telephone – and also keep an overview in dynamic situations. A structured way of working, good prioritization and a high sense of responsibility are what you stand for. A basic understanding of technical processes in buildings is advantageous. You work safely with digital tools and ticket systems and enjoy actively shaping processes. Team orientation, reliability and loadability complete your profile.
