Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

We actively shape the work security of tomorrow – in the field of electrical safety checks and with direct influence on the quality of our services. In this position, you are responsible for the safety of work as an independent staff member of the management and bring your (electronic) technical know-how specifically into our processes and structures.

As part of OMS testing service, you contribute to further developing our high safety and quality standards – and combine work security with related topics such as quality, environment and energy.

The position is independent of location within Germany – you can work from any of our locations. Together with you, we create a security culture that not only works but works sustainably. Care of occupational safety according to ASiG & DGUV Regulation 2 and advice from management and executives Planning and implementation of instruction & training and promotion of active security awareness Analysis of accidents and near events including derivation, implementation and follow-up of appropriate measures Further development of our HSE processes and active participation of safe, structured workflows Active driving of improvement measures and sustainable anchoring of effective safety culture Working in the integrated management system, including audit support and continuous improvement (work security, quality, environment, energy) Advising and evaluating safety aspects in different areas – from electrical testing processes to e-mobility to office workstations

Ideally electrotechnical background (training or practical experience) Training as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) and Qulitätsauditor or willingness to qualify Knowledge of DGUV regulations, ArbSchG and ASiG Basic understanding of relevant standards in the environment of occupational safety, quality or the environment Driving licence Class B and readiness to travel activities
