In the context of a parental leave, we are looking for you – whether professional or experienced HR professionals, whether part-time or full-time – together we consider how best it fits. Your tasks include: Care and advice of employees and managers in all personnel topics – with a focus on the production environment Working along the entire employee lifecycle: Recruiting, Onboarding, Care in Work Day and Offboarding Creation and maintenance of work contracts, certificates and staff documents Support for HR topics related to production: from labour law issues to employee retention and development

Completed training with a focus on staff or a comparable subject First experience in the HR field or well-founded knowledge as a HR all-rounder – both are welcome Ideally, experience in supporting a production area or the willingness to work quickly into these topics Basic knowledge of labour law and the handling of collective agreements would be advantageous Communication strength, organizational design and independent working Joy in cooperation with people – from production staff to leadership
