Your mission

As part of the Application & Cloud Services team, you will move in the context of cloud and allow our customers to master their strategic challenges.

• You are responsible for the design and development of cloud and IT strategies, architectural images and modernization strategies in cooperation with our customers and advises on their implementation;
• You are analysing old systems and advising our customers in the modernization of these systems and shaping the transformation into future-oriented modern platforms such as cloud environments and the associated modernization of cloud-native solutions
• in the implementation, you take responsibility in modernization and transformation projects and work closely with our customers
• in the case of tenders, you take on the overall technical responsibility for the development of customer-specific solutions and the production of tender documents as well as –presentations

Your skill set

• Completion of a study of computer science, business informatics or sciences or a comparable qualification
• Found professional experience in IT industry as part of software development projects (cloud native) and/or design and construction of cloud architectures on different platforms
• experience in advising and developing cloud and IT strategies, target images and architectures, as well as modernisation projects
• Methodological knowledge and experience in the planning, design and monitoring of migration and modernization projects into the Cloud
• Knowledge and expertise in the market-relevant Cloud Ecosystem (e.g. AWS, MS Azure, GCP, container platforms such as Kubernetes, AKS, EKS) and a good overview of current IT architectures and trends (e.g. Microservices, DevOps, IoT)
• experience in Presales Consulting and/or Solutioning with a focus on the development of complete solutions for customers (technology, delivery model, pricing etc.)
• Good counselling and communication skills as well as pleasure in presenting
• Very good knowledge of German and English
