We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader (m/w/d) to strengthen our quality team.
The position is located in the Bodelshausen plant and reports directly to the factory management. Local presence on site and language skills are important to fulfill the core tasks.
Your tasks:
You actively drive the cultural transformation at the site by inspiring and sensitizing employees for the Lean philosophy. You can help with targeted training and coaching (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Problemlösungstechniken). You analyze production processes with the aim of increasing quality and efficiency as well as reducing costs sustainably. You introduce new methods for continuous improvement and continuously develop existing approaches. You coordinate actions from continuous improvisation initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of operational projects. You plan, coordinate and accompany Lean-Maturity-Assessments at the site.
Complete studies in the fields of engineering, chemistry, production, supply chain management or a comparable discipline. At least 2 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry or completed technical training with relevant practical experience. Funded knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and common methods (e.g. 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED). Safe handling of MS Office applications. Experience in the implementation and further development of a culture of continuous improvement (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Project Management). Proven project management experience, ideally in the process industry. Experience in matrix-organized companies of advantage. German and English knowledge in word and writing. You are characterized by a pronounced passion for process optimization and continuous improvement. You communicate safely and convincingly across different hierarchy levels. You have very good organizational capabilities and set priorities effectively.
