Process Coordinator Hot Area (m/f/d)

Who are we looking for? You are directly assigned to the hot-range conductor and supports it in the continuous improvement of the efficiency and quality of the production processes in furnace operation. Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks: Analyze product complaints and production processes for developing solution models for process optimization (e.g. from quality and waste topics) Testing and introducing new technologies and innovations, carrying out and evaluating process experiments and optimizing production facilities in terms of cost-effectiveness and quality of products Optimize processes by systematically evaluating process parameters and tracking and documenting key figures with predetermined tools and their effects on the process (e.g. material consumption, plant efficiency, failure) and measures to be derived therefrom Evaluation of economic relationships Voting the production program with the other departments Joint development of digital tools in cooperation with the Perfomance team, e.g. On-Board, IN4ORM, Grafana, Industry 4.0 Responsibility for initial training at the production site Coordination of maintenance measures to production plants in the hot area in coordination Standing days, cleaning and downtime Residual material preparation and residual material withdrawal (external) Raw materials planning and maintenance General services and related aids
