The Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw is responsible for the projects and projects of the BWI for the health care of the Bundeswehr. We take over tasks along the entire value chain, from the new and further development of technical requirements with the user organization to the operation of the developed solutions. The aim is to support the entire range of medical care of our soldier with modern IT. The Customer Demand and Architecture team supports the medical service of the Bundeswehr to derive and formulate IT requirements for the health care of the Bundeswehr (GesVersBw) in a structured manner from an overall view. Our technical knowledge and architectural models are important means of fulfilling this task.

Analysis, development, strategic assessment and processing of complex medical requirements in the processes of customer organization Development of procedures in transforming processes of the customer for the early planning of the delivery of services for the GesVersBw Analysis of technical relationships in the IT of healthcare and its military context Creation of Bw-specific documentation for IT measures Control of IT measures in the phase of the initiation and concretization of performance packages Networking and cooperation with the contacts of the Bundeswehr and the BWI and active committee work

Successfully completed university studies with the subject of IT, healthcare or comparable, i.V.,m. at least 4 years of professional experience as Business Architect, Business Consultant or Project Manager

Multiannual experience in the management of professional teams and the interface to the customer, ideally to the Bundeswehr

Very good knowledge of the IT management structures and processes of the Bundeswehr

High result orientation and decision-making as well as strategic thinking and very good communication and team skills

Strong customer orientation

flowing German knowledge in word and writing, as well as good English knowledge
