As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. The “Operative Asset Management” has the role of TransnetBW’s internal client for network projects. For this purpose, the regional target network necessary for the implementation of the energy transition in Baden-Württemberg, necessary intermediate networks, renewal requirements of our transmission network and further measures in the existing network are planned. These plans are incorporated into long-term concepts for the development of the substations and management systems and are transferred to projects. You have a firm look at the asset balance, analyze asset data and help to meet the defined requirements of asset management on the assets. You develop asset risk management and ensure that asset risks are identified early and appropriate action options are derived. You plan, optimize and commission renewal measures and help ensure a robust, powerful power grid is available. You have a broad know-how to identify process and technical improvements in inventory management and to accompany the implementation of adjustments. You control and edit special technical topics in Operational Asset Management.

You combine a technical university degree with comprehensive knowledge of the relationships in the life cycle of network assets or have comparable knowledge acquired in practice. You have experience in energy networks and asset management. You have an analytical conception and a structured, independent way of working. You are secure for communication and like to keep an overview of the overall picture. You have a class B driving licence, bring good English skills and the willingness to participate in occasional business trips.
