Preparation and alignment of stabilizers, according to technical drawings and working instructions

Cutting, straightening and matching of stabilizers to predetermined dimensions and shapes

performing control and measurement work to ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of the processed parts

Post-processing of components, e.g. grinding or bending

Marking and documentation of the processed parts according to manufacturing specifications

Ensuring a smooth production process in close cooperation with adjacent areas

Compliance with working safety and quality standards

Complete vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. as a part-creator, metal worker, industrial mechanic) – alternatively several years of professional experience in metal processing Experience in handling stabilizers or comparable vehicle components Safe handling of technical drawings, measuring devices and machines

Good technical understanding and craftsmanship
