Automotive mechatronics technician for mobile testing services (m/f/d)

As part of this activity, you are currently taking over the technical testing service at one of our modern mobile testing stations in the Düsseldorf, Duisburg area, ratings, Meerbusch, Kamp-Lintfort, Moers area as well as stationary at the Oberhausen site. In this case, we advise and maintain our members and customers in all technical questions as well as in our service/test offer and carry out all diagnostic work on motor vehicles arising in the context of fault, fault search and functional testing. You are responsible for the timely implementation of the vehicle technical tests, evaluations and assessments of used vehicles and oldtimers. You are responsible for receiving and processing member requests/customer requests (e.g. check dates, technical advice and other requests concerning the subject). You are responsible for the complete creation and settlement of all orders received, the handover and meeting with our members and customers as well as for the correct cash management. In addition, you will take part in trade fairs, action days and events and support you in the area of Zweirad if necessary.

You have successfully completed vocational training for motor vehicle mechanics (w/m/d) or motor vehicle mechatronics (w/m/d) as well as ideally further training for motor vehicle masters (w/m/d). You have four years of practical experience in the field of motor vehicle mechanics/vehicle mechanics in a motor vehicle operation and have experience in particular with maintenance, repair and repair work of motor vehicles. You are familiar with the vehicle diagnosis, the function of an internal combustion engine/electrical drive and all vehicle-specific components, such as chassis, transmission, ABS brake systems etc., and experience in handling current measuring, testing and diagnostic devices in the motor vehicle sector. In addition, you will bring experience in the handling of current measuring, testing and diagnostic equipment in the motor vehicle sector as well as ideally an interest in working with two-wheelers, camping and motor vehicles. You are convinced by your binding appearance as well as your pronounced service and service-oriented communication in word and writing, are familiar with the common Microsoft 365 applications, can safely apply them and have a class B driver's license as well as ideally the C or CE driver's license class, or have the willingness to acquire the C driver's license class. A place of residence in the mentioned area and surroundings is of advantage.
