You develop new assortments and services based on specific customer needs in the social economy. You analyze market segments systematically and evaluate sales potentials and competitive situations. You'll start sound business cases and meet resilient statements about the cost-effectiveness of new business areas. You plan market entry strategies and implement them to the successful rollout. You control projects independently and bring them to completion in a structured manner. You develop data-based pricing strategies and optimise our margins. You are responsible for list prices, special conditions and develop discount models. You provide transparency through clear KPIs and regular reporting on project status. You work closely with sales, purchasing, marketing and finance to effectively implement measures.

Multiannual experience in pricing and a solid business understanding. Experience in project management and knowledge in market analysis and the development of price strategies. Knowledge of agile methods and ideally in process modeling. Safe handling of data analysis as well as tools such as Excel or BI systems. Embossed interface competence and communication strength. Self-employed, structured and reliable working methods. German knowledge (at least C1 level). You're not sure if your profile fits every point? Responsible role with a lot of design and independent work. Contents: € 50,000 to € 70,000 gross p. a. (depending on qualification and experience).
