IT Specialist IT Support (m/f/d)

1st-Level-Support & User Helpdesk: You enter our User Helpdesk and help users both remotely and locally with technical problems. You are the first contact point for support enquiries and secure a quick problem solution Microsoft 365 Administration: You administrate and manage our Microsoft 365 clients and supports our external partners in managing teams, intune, Exchange and identity management Coordination of external service providers: You coordinate external IT partners and suppliers and ensure that all IT services and projects are delivered efficiently, reliably and according to plan IT project management: You support internal IT infrastructure projects as a contact person and support the planning, implementation and integration of network technologies, telephony solutions and other IT systems.

You have a completed training as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification. You have experience in the Windows client/server administration and know well with Microsoft Teams, Intune, Exchange and Identity. You bring well-founded knowledge in network technology and server administration. Your work is structured and you are a team player that is characterized by good communication skills.
