This will be your tasks As a sales coach (all genders) you are part of our specialist team, which is responsible for the successful implementation of professional and sales training and training measures with our customers and business partners. Your core tasks include the conception as well as the implementation of the trainings, workshops and training sessions. You are our face on site and will perform the formats regularly in presence - regional as well as supra-regional - and also in digital form. Also in the design and development of new needs-oriented training and training concepts, you are using heart blood. The creation of new and optimization of existing presentations is accompanied by enthusiasm. The support and optimization of existing training processes complements your task area.

That's what you bring A successfully completed bank training as well as experience or well-founded knowledge in the private customer credit business or in the construction finance consulting. You are also welcome to us with comparable business qualifications or relevant continuing training in the field of lending.

Ideally, you already have experience in the savings banks sector as well as professional experience as sales or sales trainer (all genders) in the financial services sector.
