Coordination and management of the whole area of innovation (total of 12 employees) Responsibility for development projects in the field of strategic product development Technical office support for the development of D2C solutions in coupling technology Content and organisational development of the innovation sector Close internal cooperation with the technical office, business development and the leadership Cooperation with external partners (research institutes)

Complete study in the field of mechanical engineering, preferably in the field of drive technology or mechatronics, as an alternative in the field of physics with strong potential for mechanical engineering Good basis in the field of construction technology Experience in handling development projects including appropriate method skills Leadership experience and team skills Technical passion, inventiveness and curiosity Very good knowledge of German and English
