This key role is the strategic and operational design of the manufacturing processes. Potentials are identified, technical investments are planned and the physical and processive future of e-production is designed. Technical project management for new acquisitions from the demand analysis and load specification creation via the offer assessment to commissioning Analysis of existing production processes, identification of capacity limits (bottlenecks) and development of solutions to increase efficiency and output Control of the introduction, implementation and complete technical documentation of SBMs Designing and optimizing layout concepts for an area-efficient production and a logistically ideal material flow holistic design of work systems taking into account efficiency, productivity and ergonomic aspects Link between manufacturing, purchasing and the infrastructure team - Ensuring technical work for structural and plant-specific extensions

Complete technical studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable technical training with further training to the technician/master Knowledge of manufacturing planning and industrial processes - ideally in the field of electrical engineering/E production Experience in layout planning (e.g. with CAD tools) and in the application of optimization methods (REFA, Lean Management) Experience in managing technical projects Good feeling for cost-benefit analyses Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking and a high self-motivation of advantage
