Corporate Communications (m/d)

DISCLOSURE Independent research and target group-oriented preparation of corporate topics for internal and external communication

Impetus for planning and implementing sales-supporting PR (creating press releases, success stories, etc.)

Crossmediale storytelling as well as use and targeted further development of our digital and analog communication instruments/channels

Proactive cooperation in communicative implementation of the BERNER Business Strategy (including Employer Branding)

Support in the organisation and implementation of corporate events and internal events

Integration into social projects and other international campaigns to further strengthen BERNER Group's brand positioning

Media monitoring, controlling, analysis and reporting of the KPIs defined in the processes

Technical contact for internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary projects in all aspects of communication

Assistance tasks

♪ Completed studies (possibly in the field of humanities, communication or social sciences)

Ideally, first professional experience through collaboration in a communication department/press office, on the agency side or in a newspaper editorial

Social media experience and feel for digital trends

Knowledge of the organisation of internal and external events, events and trade fairs desirable

Deals with all common MS Office programs, social enterprise solutions, analysis tools and CMS systems

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, good and lively writing style and communication strength

Team-oriented and at the same time self-responsible working with great commitment, strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of creativity

Organizational talent and good analytical and conceptual skills
