You communicate safely and confidently across all media, mainly via phone and email You advise and advise our new and existing customers individually and with the focus on wage and salary accounting You support the creation of new detailed help articles on our software solutions You work independently with our systems and collect and process customer orders in the CRM system Your further tasks include testing and testing new products and software solutions You are constantly looking for process improvements and new features for our software systems

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification 3-5 years of professional experience advantage You have good MS Office knowledge and good IT confession A safe appearance on the phone and a self-responsible way of working out Own initiative, conscientious work and team skills are your strengths Knowledge/experience in the area of wage billing and, where appropriate, in financial accounting excellent German knowledge in word and writing
