Third-party management Control of third-party projects over the entire project lifecycle (application, approval, implementation, completion) Examination of funding conditions, guidelines and award decisions Creation and monitoring of project budgets, callbacks and payment plans Continuous monitoring of medium consumption, deviation analyses and forecasts Creation of evidence of use, interim evidence and final reports Communication with funding providers (e.g. EU, Foundations and DFG) Advising project management on financial, administrative and funding issues Documentation and audit-proof placement of all project-related documents Preparation, Monitoring and Auditing Financial accounting Examination and booking of accounts, salaries and internal audits Management and archiving of contracts by implementing a document management system (DMS) Management of plant accounting and inventory Support for annual accounts Voting balance sheet accounts and clarification of open items Participation in the further development of financial processes and digital workflows (e.g. MACH and DMS) Further development of the settlement process of internal and external services Checking the recorded business incidents for correct tax assessment

Business training or studies or comparable skills and knowledge as well as commercial practice experience Experience in third-party management or public finance management Knowledge of accounting, budgetary and grant law and HGB Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. MACH, SAP etc.) Very good knowledge in Excel and data-based evaluation Very good English skills Self-employed, reliable, self-responsible and structured as well as careful working Enforcement, analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility High numerical affinity and analytical thinking Communication strength in handling project lines and funding providers Ability to make complex rules understandable Teamability as well as pronounced service and motivation Openness to change processes and willingness to work into new legal bases
