General tasks of the Facility Manager Ensuring the frictionless and legally compliant operation of our offices First contact point for employees on all site-related questions and services Coordination of external service providers (reduction, safety, catering, mobility) Support for area and moving management and equipping workstations Organisation and support of events, on- and off-boarding processes, as well as postal and delivery services Specialization Planning, control and follow-up of external services and contracts Participation in research and development Commissioning, monitoring and presentation of information in internal systems Invoicing, Budget Control and Adjustment with Purchase or For rent Implementation of facility management tasks according to annual targets and location guidelines

Completed commercial training, e.g. in the real estate sector, a completed study in the field of facility management, building management or building technology, or long-term experience in a comparable area of work Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Expertise in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle EBS) Knowledge of budget management, audit and service provider coordination German in Word and Writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Representative team and communication skills High commitment, flexibility and organizational talent
