Holistic examination and settlement of domestic and foreign travel as well as travel expenses in compliance with statutory and intra-group guidelines in SAP

Tax-related assessment and booking of employee expenses, in particular in the context of assignments, dispatches and assignments as well as the 3-month scheme

Technical support for domestic and foreign Rhine metal companies as part of the Shared Service Function of Accounting

Configuration and booking of corporate credit card bills, travel agency charges as well as location funds and payment instructions of the personnel department

Account clarification and cleaning of property and employee accounts as well as care of the relevant employee master files

Creation of complex evaluations and individual proofs from the SAP module Travel Manager for statistics and disciplines

Ensuring compliance by checking the cost-benefit ratio for web-card applications and systematic archiving of all documents

Completed three-year vocational training

Multiannual well-founded professional experience in the operational processing of travel cost accounting

Secure handling of the SAP module travel management as well as common MS Office applications

Good knowledge of wage, income and turnover tax law as well as a secure understanding of the data protection guidelines (GDPR)

Good knowledge of English in word and writing for the care of international societies

Excellent care and a structured way of working in the processing of sensitive employee data
