At the closest possible time we are looking for you as Koch – Springer (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the location Plochingen, Stuttgart or Tübingen.

Your tasks:

• You prepare recipes and calculations of menus according to current requirements
• In addition, you take the preparation of food
• The specified range width and the proper product presentation or fitting of the output and service stations are guaranteed
• You are responsible for the time- and quality-oriented production and provision of hot and intermediate storage at the casino, as well as for the conference service and special events
• The monitoring and compliance of goods and consumption periods are part of your task
• You trigger goods orders, control the goods and the delivery note at receipt of goods and carry the inventory properly
• The cleansing of the workplace/space, kitchen area, output area and work equipment while maintaining the cleaning and disinfection plan and the current hygiene guidelines also fall within your competence

Your profile:

• You have a completed vocational training as a chef – jumper and several years of professional experience
• You also bring knowledge of the management
• You are computer affinity and ideally bring knowledge in HACCP / food hygiene
• A high level of service orientation and team skills
• Economic thinking and acting are self-evident
• You also keep an overview in stressful situations and it is up to you to work flexibly
• The use at changing locations and the associated change will give you pleasure
• You have the willingness to work time, shiftwork, if necessary Weekend work as well as delivery of catering by car
