As our front office employee in the night service/night auditor (m/w/d), you are the 'face from ibis budget Hotel Dresden City' and welcome our guests at night. You focus on the well-being of the guests and give their stay their personal touch. You help in general hotel operation at night and assist other departments in preparing for the next day. You work self-employed and have committed themselves to constantly improving the quality of hotel services. You conduct nightly audits and security checks to ensure that all guests in our hotel are safe and well serviced. You should be safe in all aspects of dealing with guests and be able to receive and recognize all guests, including those who need special attention.

You have first experience at the reception or in the service sector Ideally, you have completed vocational training and have an understanding of check-in processes, or you want to develop as a cross-enterer with us. You have a well-kept appearance and understanding of the wishes of our guests In order to be able to receive and maintain our guests in the best possible way, you must fluently master the German and English language in word and writing.
