The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). Cooperation in access management, e.g. compilation and forwarding of documents relating to the registration procedure Participation in requesting security checks Working in the classified information register
