Expert Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

In this key role in our HR Center of Excellence, you will shape the future of our compensation and performance systems. You take on the conceptual responsibility for central topics relating to Total Rewards and help us develop our HR strategy in a sustainable manner. Your tasks include the further development of our compensation structures and models as well as the design and optimization of performance management systems, processes and instruments. You are also responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the company-wide job architecture (job catalog, job evaluation) and take over the analysis and benchmarking of remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness. To implement modern HR instruments, you work closely with HR business partners and internal stakeholders.

You have successfully completed a study of economics, (economic)psychology or a similar subject and have several years of professional experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, ideally focusing on remuneration structures, grading and incentive programs. You bring well-founded knowledge of strategic and operational personnel work as well as project management and convince with their analytical strength, conceptual thinking and secure handling of complex HR topics. Communication strength and the ability to convincingly introduce your ideas are what you want.
