You analyze sales and raw yield developments of Fressnapf countries and the group across all channels. You carry out detailed margin analyses and create dashboards and reports, for example with Power BI. You identify key drivers of margin development and develop optimization potentials for profitability and growth. You develop forecasts, scenarios and decision bases for finance and the commercial environment. You work closely with Finance, Category Management, our national organisations and other disciplines. You prepare management documents and guide clear action recommendations.

Multiannual experience in commercial controlling or performance management, ideally in the commercial environment. Very good knowledge of margin analysis and data-based control, ideally with Power BI or SAC. Experience in planning, forecasting and reporting at country or group level. Ability to understand complex numbers and relationships - also in the international environment. Structured, solution-oriented operation with high quality and compliance.
