Clerk in the Service Center Locations (m/f/d)

For over 65 years, the Kroschke Group has been offering its customers services for vehicle registration. In addition to the identification and special vehicle approval, these include numerous additional services such as the transfer of vehicles and the creation and safe storage of vehicle documents – always supported by smart self-developed IT solutions. In addition to our headquarters in Ahrens­burg, we connect a dense branch network across the entire federal territory, which is unique in our industry.

We not only take private persons the time-consuming process of vehicle registration, but we also support companies which have regular needs for services around the arrival, re- and departure of vehicles. These include car houses, used car boards, leasing companies, car-sharing providers, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies and banks as well as companies with their own fleets. This makes work as diverse as challenging. The activities in our house are just as diverse: from the seller (m/w/d) in part time in one of our branches to the highly specialised IT developer (m/w/d), we have every personality in place. We are looking to strengthen our team in Ahrensburg at the next possible time WORKERS (M/W/D) IN SERVICECENTER STANDORIES

In this role you support us in maintaining the defined service levels of our customers and store locations. You work closely with the internal interfaces in the specialist departments to achieve the best possible solutions for our private and corporate customers as well as branches. You are the first contact person for our internal and external customers The concerns of our customers about the topics of admission / re-registration / de-registration, processing levels, technical use of our commissioning portal and contractual aspects are addressed individually and solution-oriented by e-mail and telephone You document incoming customer requests and the proposed solutions in our CRM system You are responsible for compliance with processes as well as internal and external communication with our locations and customers to ensure the Kroschke quality standards

You have a completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office man (m/w/d) for office management or industrial businessman (m/w/d), as well as first experience in customer service You have a high affinity for database applications and ideally bring SAP user knowledge and good MS Office skills with You have a very good oral and written expressive ability and can adapt your communication to the most diverse partners (m/w/d) Expert knowledge on the subject of admission and the directly and indirectly adjacent services is of advantage – but we do not care to convey or deepen this special knowledge! Coordination skills as well as a systematic and independent way of working are of course for you You want a varied and responsible work area You bring a high service orientation with you and do not lose head or humour even in turbulent times
