Coordinatorr educatorin / Head (w/m/d) Full day Compartment School in Berlin From now on or at the closest possible time, we are looking for a full-time 39.4 hours/week coordinatingn educator/manager (m/w/d) for the open full-time business (OGB) with a reliable half-day primary school (VHG) and supplemental support and support (EFöB) at a Compartment school, 32. Primary school at the Fehrbelliner Tor in Berlin - Spandau. The school follows an innovative school concept as a Compartment school. There the teaching takes place in small, flexible areas, the “Compartments” – “small schools” at school. These areas are like independent learning worlds that can be used individually and are more closely oriented to the needs of the students. Professional spaces, learning and multipurpose spaces are places for exchange, learning and research and together form a versatile school. Our offer is aimed at all students and their families. In the school field, our focus is on the support of students in the initial school phase (1st and 2nd school year). In the post-school area we serve approx. 160 children of different nationalities aged 5 to 12. It is a school designed to accommodate a maximum of 430 children. Your duties As a coordinating teacherin/direction (m/w/d) of the entire day at the primary school, you are responsible for the implementation of the integrated care concept coordinated with the school. You guide the team professionally and organizationally and take over administrative activities, e.g. management of the team meeting, surveying the training needs You plan and coordinate the educational support, including promoting social learning in school classes, designing group everyday life, teaching special leisure activities and project forms. You work intensively with the school management and teachers and other educational staff. You conduct parental and family talks, accompany parents' evenings and take care of the care contracts You represent the institution through cooperation and participation in relevant technical and social bodies.
