Your tasks:

• Selection and preparation of customer offices and meeting rooms for Customer appointments
• Customer reception and introduction at Airbus Periport
• Regular sending of information emails to customers
• Customer data management in the internal program
• Organization of customer transport on demand by hotline (phone/email/personal)
• Distribution of internal vehicles to customers (Carpool Management)
• Processing of false parking or fines (data management)
• Preparation and support of the final delivery section
• Various assistance tasks in cooperation with internal and external Interfaces

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training or comparable
• Professional experience in customer service and secretariat/assistance
• Application knowledge in SAP, SQL and Python
• Experiences in handling SAP HANA databases are beneficial
• German and English knowledge
• Class B/ 3 driving licence
• willingness to work in the 3-layer system and Ready to call two Saturdays a month
