In this position you are responsible for the commercial management, organization and documentation of all delivery processes. For efficient processes between suppliers, forwarders, drivers and the warehouse team, you ensure a smooth supply of goods.

1. Control and organisation of delivery processes Operational responsibility for the time window booking via Cargoclix Planning and coordination of daily truck deliveries Optimization of personnel use in the warehouse to ensure efficient processes Reducing waiting times for suppliers and forwarders Commercial acceptance and assignment of arriving trucks Two. Ensuring goods supply Control of the flow of goods from external warehouse to system (AS400) Compliance with the FIFO principle to ensure correct product rotation Coordination with warehouses, forwardings and external service providers
2. Stock monitoring and MHD management Control and maintenance of stocks in the VKE warehouse Commercial booking and documentation of transfers (e.g. to Dachser) Monitoring of minimum durability data to avoid overlays
3. Document management Creation, testing and management of all shipping and delivery documents Printing of shipping documents Creation of CMR Letters Coordination of documents between drivers and storage personnel Proper storage and digitization of all relevant documents (e.g. shipping documents, WEBs) Five. Support of special processes Commercial processing of special processes such as mustard tank loadings incl. Documentation Registration and monitoring of end customer deliveries 6.Competition & Skills Structured and predictive operation High communication and coordination capability in the logistics environment Organizational and distinct understanding of logistical processes routine in handling ERP systems, AS400 and time window control tools (Cargoclix)

Completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. forwarding, industrial or wholesale trader/wife) Experience in the field of logistics, shipping or warehouse control, ideally in the food industry Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally AS400) Structured, reliable and independent operation Communication strength in handling drivers, warehouse personnel and freight forwarders Understanding logistics processes and inventory management
