Senior IT Application Supervisor

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as Senior IT Application Manager:in (w/m/d) for the RVS Regionalbusverkehr Südwest GmbH at the Karlsruhe or Ulm site. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the administration, configuration and holistic supervision of the control, sales, testing and counting technology of the regional on-board computer system in the region In addition, you actively promote the further development of the supervised applications and system instances for controlling and monitoring our traffic A focus of your activity lies in troubleshooting and problem management as well as in ensuring the processing of application-related enquiries - in particular in real-time, connection backup, LSA privilege, sales revenue, cash handling and electronic payment functions In addition, you are responsible for the conversion and optimization of the data disk for real-time data flows and the standardization of the data supply Your task profile is rounded off by the support and design of AFZS solutions in the Baden-Württemberg region In addition, you will accompany the conversion from VDV-KA to eTicore professionally and technically, guide the necessary adjustments and ensure the early alignment of interfaces, processes and system configurations

Your profile:

A completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of relevant professional experience form the basis of your expertise Finding knowledge in computer-assisted operating control systems, eTicketing (VDV-KA) and real-time interfaces (VDV45X) will help you safely Practical knowledge of the IBIS cabling and a basic understanding of the control of connected peripherals you bring.
