Spezialist Supplier Quality (m/f/d)

Responsibility for product-related safeguarding of supply quality Support for QM-side, preventive and product-related supplier development as part of quality planning Central technical fault management including warranty cases Collection and documentation of errors in the CAQ system along the entire process chain (customer – internal – supplier) Moderation of causes analyses and definition and follow-up of immediate and corrective measures Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments on quality-relevant emergency and corrective measures Responsible evaluation of incoming 8D reports from suppliers Preparation and implementation of the quality risk classification of suppliers and components on the basis of defined QM evaluation criteria in cooperation with supplier diversity specialists of the respective product groups Participation in customer and supplier complaint rounds and independent clarification of open technical topics Moderation of feasibility analyses in cross-functional teams Definition, implementation and follow-up of quality planning Examination of purchase contracts with regard to quality-relevant content Assessment of the QM methods used by suppliers (e.g. Ishikawa, FMEA, Kaizen) for freedom of error and completeness Planning, appointment and tracking of preventive QM measures with suppliers for complex products Planning, monitoring and documentation of goods collection by suppliers Approval of initial sample tests and production and testing processes Defining and tracking quality measures with suppliers for the sustainable reduction of repetition complaints

You have a completed technical study or a further training to the technician with long-term, relevant professional experience as well as corresponding additional qualifications or a comparable qualification A completed additional training to the quality manager is required You have strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques as well as in QM methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D method, Kaizen) You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications Knowledge in the CAQ system Babtec and in SAP R/3 are advantageous A high readiness to travel and very good English knowledge in word and writing; French skills are desirable A structured, independent and proactive way of working In addition, you bring strong communication and team skills A safe occurrence, high resilience as well as negotiation and enforcement strength complete your profile
