Serviceberater (w/m/x)

You advise and maintain your customers: professionally in all questions about service, repair technology and cost-effectiveness. You are responsible for order processing including process preparation, accounting and tasks in receivable management. Here you will advise your customers on repair potentials, accessories and services. Modern digital tools, media and applications are used for preparing, consulting and communication with your customers. In addition, you are responsible for the handling of warranty and cunning requests and the creation of cost proposals. Final check the work done, the quality and cleanliness of your customers' vehicles.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, trade specialist:in or service consultant qualification with relevant professional experience in the field of service consulting/aftersales. High social competence, communication skills and self-initiative. Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting. Excellent quality awareness, ready-to-use and reliability. IT affinity and safe handling of digital tools. Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally further language skills. Class B and III driving licence
