The University Gastronomy of the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe is a professional service area with a focus on student placement. We operate three menses and eleven cafeterias at the locations Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. Over 18,000 demanding guests visit our facilities daily. For our warehouse in Karlsruhe we are looking for a managerial personality as warehouse manager (w/m/d) in full time (39.5 hours per week).

Organizational and professional management Warehouse logistics Central procurement of goods (food, non-food) Ensuring supplier appointments, delivery quantity and delivery quality Continuous review and optimisation of stocks Ensuring quality, safety and hygiene standards in warehouse management Advertising management with suppliers Coordination of the driving service master data collection in the goods management program Management and support of projects Implementation, monitoring and collection of inventory

Successfully completed training in warehouse logistics Multiannual experience in a comparable activity with leadership experience Safe handling of MS-Office and in a commodity management system Good communication skills Reliability, flexibility and strong team capability Class B driving licence
