About us: SterniPark is a recognized free carrier of child and youth aid. We operate modern daycare facilities in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, youth assistance facilities, mother-father-child facilities and the Findelbaby project with its three baby flaps. Depending on the qualification you support our children in the following areas: Logopedia: • Promoting children with language development delays in individual and group settings. • Diagnostics, speech therapy and counselling for parents and professionals. Ergotherapy: • Promoting fine and coarse motor technology, perception processing and self-employment in everyday life. • implementation of targeted ergotherapeutic measures, mainly in group settings. Physiotherapy: • Support for children with motor restrictions and design of movement landscapes. • implementation of physiotherapeutic measures and advice on prevention and promotion of movement. In all areas: • Close interdisciplinary cooperation. • Documentation and reporting. • Active participation and development of offers for individual promotion of children.

A completed training as a logo holder, ergotherapist or physiotherapist (m/w/d) (First) experiences in the field of Kita are desirable, but no need. empathy, creativity and joy in working with children. Communication strength and a solution-oriented and empathic attitude towards children, parents and colleagues. A desire for teamwork in a multi-professional environment and motivation to introduce your own ideas. For physiotherapists: Ideally additional qualifications in the field of child physiotherapy.
