Systems Engineer Autonomous Navigation (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You take up technical customer requirements from the environment of autonomous navigation, mission and C2 systems, analyze them and transfer them into subsystems and/or system elements embedded in integrated mission solutions of small deployment ships.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams, you develop system architectures for subsystems and/or system elements of autonomous, navigation and mission systems of small deployment vessels and represent them internally and with national and international customers.
• You check the technical feasibility of functional and non-functional requirements, perform feasibility analyses and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• You support project planning throughout all phases – from the supply phase to the contract and analysis phase to the design phase – and evaluate development expenses, manufacturing costs and backlog priorities.
• You support service, integration and final collection in the context of FAT, HAT and SAT – both in the factory and in rare cases on board.
• You plan and conduct demonstrations of military autonomy with different system configurations.

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or physics.
• Ideally, you know the work with technical requirements as well as system, hardware and software designs.
• Ideally, you already have experiences with model-based development and requirements-based development.
• Ideally, you have experience in designing and designing systems consisting of hardware and software, and you are familiar with non-functional requirements for electronic systems (EMV, resistance to environmental influences, security).
• You have good abstraction and analytical thinking skills as well as a quality-conscious and professionally flexible working.
• Agile development processes You are not strange and you see yourself as a team player and are open to new ideas.
• Self-responsible and well-structured work belong to your strengths.
• You can communicate safely in German and English (equivalent B2).
• You meet the requirements for a successful safety check of Level Ü2 (SÜG).
