Support for Schnupper- & Platzreife courses Sales of courses and memberships Organization & Support of Tournaments and Events Customer-oriented offer creation and success control Further development of processes to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention Creation of Reportings & Budget Control Membership administration (working of applications for membership). Changes in contract and terminations, maintenance of membership data, management of association data) Support of the golf secretariat in daily game and tournament operations
